Overview
MAJESTECH (DONGGUAN) MEDICAL CO., LTD. ("we", "us") operates lyndge.com. This is an informational website for dental professionals and distributors. It does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are served from this site.
What we receive
When you send the request form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address or phone number, company, country, the choices you make in the form, and the content of your message. We use it only to answer your request and prepare a quotation, and we keep it for as long as that conversation and the business relationship that may follow require.
The request form
The form sends your details to our own server, over an encrypted connection. We store the details you typed, the page you sent the form from, the page you first arrived on, the website you came from (only its name), and, if the link you followed carried them, advertising campaign tags. We do not store your IP address in readable form: we keep only a one-way code made from it, used to spot repeated or abusive submissions and to connect a request with our server log of that visit. The form sets no cookies. The browser keeps the campaign tags in its session storage for the visit and clears them when you close the tab.
We read each request with internal tools that check the details against publicly available information such as the website of your email domain, and a language model helps us draft a reply. We do not buy personal data about you and we do not pass your request to anyone outside our company and its service providers (hosting and email).
Server logs
Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, time, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. They are kept for about seven weeks.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data you have sent us by writing to yjzou@lyndge.com.
